Please Avoid This Property
May 17, 2018Please avoid this Property. We found mice living in our bathroom and black mold growing around the windows and baseboards. Water would come up through the floors due to poor repairs and lack of proper insulation. Some of the tenants will throw their trash all over the grounds, including in front of your door. Management is not very professional and when it come to any serious issues, they'll make excuses or blame it on something else. The one time we needed a maintenance repair, the repair people ...took care of the issue, but the landlord & property manager felt it was OK to come into our apartment after maintenance left and snoop around our apartment. They thought we weren't home, until they open my bedroom door where I was sleeping! Also, they have a long history of refusing to refund any or all of your security deposit, they will try to avoid contacting you about the subject or make excuses without any reason or logic to support them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
