We are conveniently located in Slaton ISD. We offer seven floor plans for a variety of lifestyles! For those residents who don't wish to have a w/d in the apartment home, Windmill Apartments offers an onsite laundry facility. This facility is ground level and may be used at any time by our residents. There is no charge to wash or dry! Parking is open and unlimited and, with two parking lots, there is plenty of space for everyone! Have a pet? All apartment homes at Windmill are pet-friendly! No pet interviews required! Please speak to the Manager for details on accepted animals and all pet requirements, pet fees and pet rent. Want to grill out on the weekend? Windmill Apartments feature a sparkling swimming pool centrally located in the community and an awesome courtyard with picnic tables and grills in the central area by the Management office. *Personal grills and smokers are not allowed to be stored or used on the property. Utilities in each of the apartment homes at Windmill Apartments are paid for by the residents. All homes are electric and have central heating and air...just one quick call or online request to Xcel Energy for electricity set up! You will pay Windmill for water, sewer, gas and trash monthly with your rent and our Management team will set this part up for you! Cable services are provided by AT&T, Vexus or Optimum so you can choose the provider and plan that fits your needs! Grassano Properties allow residents to conveniently pay rent, report maintenance issues, upload insurance documents...and more! Our online resident portal helps keep your home life streamlined and simple. With 24-hour emergency maintenance and onsite management, you are sure to be comfortable and well taken care of in your new home! Those looking to apply for a new home with us may visit the Windmill Management and Leasing Office at 1305 Woodrow Road in Slaton or call . You may also visit us online and complete an application, upload your drivers license and proof of income and pay your fees to get the application process started! Paying the application and administration fee online will require a debit or credit card. Grassano communities do not charge move in deposits!!
