    WE had to find a place quickly due to a family emergency and the staff at Windmill Cove went above and beyond to help us. The place is lovely - safe - GREAT dog parks but most of all - very responsible staff

  • Great place to live

    Centrally located with with easy access to shopping, entertainment, and just about anything else we could think to do. Not only is it one of the largest three bedroom apartments in the area, but it's also one of the most affordable. Grounds are well maintained and the staff is always nice and helpful.

    We live in a one bedroom and love the apartment. The layout is easy, the bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet are all great size. Management is very easy to work with and they are very responsive to all our needs. It is close to the freeway but the sound is kept to a minimal, we only hear it if there is dead silence in the apartment. The amenities are great: pool, spa, gym, basketball court, tennis court.

    I love our new apartment at Windmill Cove. Our old place was super outdated and just vastly archaic. Our apartment now is so comfortable and so well kept. The maintenance takes great care of us and responds ASAP to our requests, it's always same day service. They are great! Plus the AC works super well (which is a huge deal for me), all the amenities are fantastic and also very well kept. The grounds are taken care of every week and that keeps the place looking great. I think it's a great price ...

    It seems to be a great place so far. Really nice people and nice neat grounds. A lot of square footage for the price. Accepts pets as your family. Definitely would recommend to any friend or family in need.

  • DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

    This place is absolutely ridiculous! You will come back to noise complaints after you've been in a different state for 3 weeks. Because apparently you are just that noisy that you can be heard from 3 states away. Even when you contest these they will not listen. You can ask for proof, ask them to call the security company call the cops something to substantiate it and they refuse. They make false accusations over and over and over. Completely unsubstantiated accusations. Then evict you based on ...
    unsubstantiated claims from people that had only been there a short time. Then when you bring it up they will fabricate situations that never happened. So SO SOOOOO RUDE!!! The maintenance people don't fix anything. The water heater leaks frequently and their solution is to put a tub under it so you have standing water in the utility closet constantly. Don't let the photos fool you very few of the apartments look like that photo and haven't been updated for YEARS! Please just keep looking because this place is ridiculous.
