Cockroach and mold infestation
May 3, 2025There has been a bad mold and cockroach infestation in our apartment as well as no proper ventilation in the bathroom, a lot of the cabinets have rotting wood, they still not have fixed our toilet or anything we requested. Do not move hereReview from Apartments.com
worst place in San Angelo
January 31, 2023The windmill park apartments are some of the worst in San Angelo. Roaches are in every apartment and the management will refuse to say they do. They implemented a authoritarian parking system that we were not informed on at all. The rent is extremely overpriced for the murky water and leaks that happen weekly. Maintenance is really bad, we called weeks ago multiple times about a rat infestation and nothing was done about it.Review from Apartments.com
worst apartments ever!
November 23, 2015If you like having the cops around 24/7 doing drug busts, horrible maintenance men who come in unannounced and leave your place a mess. Even the exterminator will barge in unannounced. Having the managers charge you for problems you already pointed out and made a list of when you moved in. This place is a joke. The plumbing is the original plumbing from when they were first built so, you have leaks in the walls and ceiling. Roaches are a big issue too. Oh! And don't forget to pay for brand new ...fluorescent light bulbs and put them in the day before you move out. They'll charge a fortune for that too! These are no smoking as well and maintenance will go in and smoke and leave butts all over the place so management will charge you for that as well!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
