Karademas Management has a beautiful property close to Lake Michigan. I have lived here at Windpoint Apts since 2016 and I'm truly enjoying it here! It is very quiet and I feel safe being here. I love the manager, she always listens to you and if you have a problem, she fixes things in a short amount of time. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

Since Janet has become property manager, work orders get completed much quicker. She always follows up to make sure you are happy with the work. The property is getting a facelift that adds to the overall appeal of the property.

I love my apartment! If something needs fixing or if there is a problem, management handles it right away. My apartment is spacious with lots of closet space and the very comfortable, nice, clean plush carpet. They really take good care of the property. This location is perfect! The staff is awesome, caring and very nice. It's a beautiful place to live and to call home.

For the price Windpoint Apartments is your best option in the area for many reasons. I give it 4 stars because they are constantly improving the property to five star potential.
First the location is great, close to the lake, and there are 2 bus stops in easy walking distance that will take you anywhere in Racine. You have a Piggly Wiggly, Pharmacy and Dollar Store all a short walk away. Plenty of gas stations and places to eat all in easy reach.
They have a property manager that is everything ...
you could hope for. Janet will make you feel at ease the minute you meet her. She is always accessible, friendly and she gets things done quickly. For any request or problem I’ve had big or small she has taken care of it promptly and I never feel like I’m bothering her, she’s always happy to help. Always friendly and she seems to know everyone’s name, you can count on her to get things done. She even got the long standing pool fee waived for all residents. Yay for Janet!
The maintenance staff is also very friendly and professional. It’s been rare that I’ve ever had to call them in the 6 years I lived there because the apartments are so well maintained. The few times I ever needed them they have been prompt with repairs and they get things right the first time. These guys keep things running and do a fine job inside and out.
The owners are also doing a lot of improvements. Parking lots have been completely repaved and striped. Landscaping and outside paint has been done. Interior halls, landings and stairs are being retiled and painted, units are being upgraded. New trees planted, sprinkler systems installed, outdoor lighting. Everyday is filled with activity as workers are making these apartments into a top notch rental property.
The pool area is really nice and popular in the summer. Right next to the pool is a grilling area so you can cook and swim the summer days away. The nights are quiet with only the sound of the harbor fog horn. Another advantage of being close to the lake, no mosquitos. None
The complex is dog friendly and there are plenty of cans and bags outside provided by the complex for dog owners to dispose of waste. Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome and the owners and dogs seem friendly enough.
So for these reasons and more you should consider making Windpoint Apartments your new home.
