Cute Little Place
April 24, 2025My friend and I went in and toured here and had a great interaction with the worker. We viewed the 2 bedroom model, they have a sauna and a large indoor basketball court, (great for tiktoks) the place looked clean, the office lady was very nice and informative. We did not have this customer service experience at other places so we will probably be back to lease!Property Manager Responded

So many cons outweigh the pros
April 3, 2025When we moved in it was extremely dirty and covered in what seemed to be tobacco residue and the smell was awful. So many things were already broken or broke easily. The floor was so thin our downstairs neighbors could hear everything and made our time here even more unpleasant. The maintenance guys will use any excuse to go into your apartment just to snoop around and look for anything they can report back to the office such as animals ect. I was extremely ill during our move out and because we ...were a few days late leave they decided to hit us with double the amount of fees that we’re still paying on to this day.Property Manager Responded

Cute and Quiet
November 26, 2024This is such a cute little community! The landscaping is gorgeous, not to mention the BBQ grill at the pool. Many places do not have a grill any longer at the pool, they do! Super Cute!
October 19, 2024Amazing location and the grounds are breathtaking. They have a pool and a grill at their pool. The fireplaces are also a huge plus. Not too many places have working fireplaces. Stop by and tour today. You won’t be disappointed.Property Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
March 24, 2021They are horrible at maintenance requests. I had a HWT and mold issue that took them a month and a half to fix. Such a noise complex and they have caused nothing but distress in my life. Worst place I’ve ever lived.Review from Apartments.com
