This place is beyond irresponsible—it’s outright negligent. They failed to do the most basic part of their job: verifying resident information. Because of their incompetence, they falsely reported charges under my name and damaged my credit without any legitimate basis.
When I confronted them and provided my driver’s license to prove my identity, instead of correcting their mistake, they refused to provide the so-called documentation I allegedly signed. That tells you everything—you can’t ...
produce proof of something that never existed. Their refusal to be transparent only makes it clear they know they’re in the wrong.
This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s reckless behavior that can have serious financial consequences for people. Reporting false information to credit bureaus is not something to take lightly, yet they handled it like it was no big deal.
Avoid this place at all costs. If they can’t even verify who their residents are before reporting to your credit, you’re putting yourself at serious risk dealing with them.
