October 11, 2025Plumbing maintenance I typically give high reviews. Maintenance really did do a good job replacing my faucets. Only mark against them was the kitchen faucet. He switched the hot and cold water handles and hoses. Hot should always be on the left. He was already done by the time I got there so I said id try to get used to it but it really should have been done right.Property Manager Responded

I just want to thank the fellas on the maintenance crew not for just this last minor fix (the pipes in my kitchen were just a little loose so they tightened them) but for all of the others times I’ve needed them! Unsafe, rude, bad AC
August 13, 2019Our AC has been consistently running in the mid 80s all summer this year, and the two years before that it was in the high 70s. It's almost useless, and when they come to check it they insist "this is the best you can get with this large of an apartment." We have witnessed two shootings, a fire, and had our car broken into, and there always seems to be some sketchy people either getting arrested or having screaming fights right outside. The management is not friendly. They try to act like you ...just don't have any idea what you're talking about. They give you spiels about "facts" about how some mold is good for you to breathe (which we complained about since I have severe asthma and I'm pregnant), roach life cycles (when we just wanted them to spray), and how the only way to keep an apartment cool is blackout curtains (we are not cavedwellers and we have houseplants.) Would not recommend wasting your money here.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment Complex
March 7, 2019I would not recommend renting an apartment here. 1. When you do move they will try to ruin your credit and trump up charges to you that don’t belong to you. 2. They make up the legal documents that you never signed or they never provided to you. 3. Take pictures of everything that is falling apart. 4. My car was broken into twice in this property and management never did anything about it. Mind you they have security driving around. 5. They will lie to try to convince youwhat they are doing ...is legal/ right. 6. Most of the staff is rude and condescending. 7. They tow your car at random and make up rules as to why. 8. They will try to charge you for things they need to do anyways. Namely clean your apartment. I cleaned my apartment when I moved out and they still charged clean up charges. 9. Never let them do a walk-through without you present. 10. Don’t trust a word management says. Get everything in writing. I hope these rules help you. You may be better off moving to another location. July 11, 2018People are great and maintenance is real nice but i moved in at the beginning of july, apt never got cooler than 77° and a sky high elec bill....i would recommend trying to find another place. July 11, 2018People are great and maintenance is real nice but i moved in at the beginning of july, apt never got cooler than 77° and a sky high elec bill....i would recommend trying to find another place. The windows, sliding glass door, roof are not very insulated the old a.c struggles to keep it 77° in summer, will not be renewing my lease. You get what you pay forReview from Apartments.com
