Great apartment
December 12, 2019Very first apartment with my roommate and things have been good for the 12mo Great for starter apartments! No major concerns! Maintenance is great if you need any help! Only thing is they could use some upgrades and changes here and there, new management so hopefully we’ll see changes thinking about renewing a lease with them!Review from Apartments.com

February 20, 2017I recently moved here to the Grand Prairie as an out of state resident. I've enjoyed being here! No complaints, office Manager very friendly, and punctual! She has offered me the best service since I've been here. Maintenance is awesome! I haven't had one issue that wasn't resolved immediately. This is a real review!!!! I'm in the process of considering to renew my lease! I moved to windscape in October 2015- and still here as of February 2017! Don't believe any negative reviews, don't second ...guess your decision. I can guarantee you, you'll be happy! No break in's, vandalism of any kind, pest issues(Have not see one roach or spider), loitering, loud music or anything! Worst Experience ever!
June 1, 2016Dealing with the two staff members reminds me of being in the twilight zone at times. Shavon the Assistant manager is rude and doesn't know what she is doing at all. Her friend the manager hired her and every since then the service has been horrible. I can't ever get them in the office when you need them. They open up at 8:30 and are gone at 9:30 with a sign on the door stating be back at 12:30. When you ask them questions about something they will give you a different answer every time. I work ...from home and I try to go to the office several times a day and they are never there. When you do see them coming back from somewhere they seem to be giggling a lot about nothing. Make me think they have been to an early happy hour. I have been up there many times when people are standing at the door trying to get in. I was just there last week and the FedEx guy said he had been trying to deliver a package for 3 days. They sign on the door says open on Sunday but no one is ever there. Last year on Black Friday they put a sign on the door stating "due to the black Friday holiday, we're closed until Monday". Come on now! Point blank! My lease is up in the fall and I will not renew it! I have had friends ask me about moving over here and I say Absolutely not!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
