Great apartment complex
April 25, 2025The staff make this place feel like a home. I have lived here at Windscape for about 7 years. They always plan fun things around the different holidays, for adults and kids alike. Unfortunately, rent has gone up, but that is no fault of the wonderful people who work here. I have never had an issue that’s gone unaddressed. Not affordable
February 10, 2025I’ve lived here for 1 year and 5 months, and it used to be great, but now it’s a nightmare. Management constantly changes policies, piles on new fees, and keeps jacking up the rent. Parking is a mess, cars are getting broken into, and the entire place reeks of weed because no one enforces the rules. It’s absolutely not worth the ridiculous price they’re charging. Nice but a HEADACHE
June 8, 2020The apartment is nice but it is a headache trying to put everything under my name (electricity, water, internet, etc.) I had to do a lot of run around just to get these things done. I haven't got to relax in my new apartment because of this. My last apartment, I just had to put one thing under my name. Ugh why windscape. Plus my front door key don't work and I have a hard time opening the patio door with the key. Also I only get one parking pass and I have to leave my other vehicle in the street. ...I tried asking for two but was told no. I wish I known this before I moved in. May 14, 2019We have several units on the property. One of the AC's broke down with one of our apartments and within the hour manager had maintenance fix the problem. Since then we have utilized the conference room upstairs as well as the theatre room for our board meetings. Having all of our employees in one area has helped tremendously. Nice Living
May 9, 2019I have lived here for over 7 years. Not once have I ever had a issue with management or staff. I have transferred from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom back down to a 2 bedroom. Management has come out for lots of issues that occur after hours, maintenance was close behind. Really wanted a grill, but yet fully understand why they aren't allowed on the patios. Read some of these so called bad reviews, Never saw nor do I have any of these problems. My children and grandchildren have participated ...in several activities that Windscape hosts. There was a time my granddaughter thought I was home from work and was waiting at my door. Manager was quick to have my granddaughter wait in the office and do some coloring activities till I could get to her. Excellent place to live
August 2, 2016When I first moved in here last Oct they had an issue with pigeons but they've put a non lethal sticky substance where the pigeons tend to roost and now the pigeon issue is resolved! Also after the price of oil remained low, they offered me a lower cost on a new lease if I signed again, including month by month, 6 month and one year options. It's a very safe place as well, many Law Enforcement reside here. The gym has new Norditrac treadmills and is very clean and air conditioned. Jesus the head ...of maintenance is a very friendly guy. He responds in a timely manner after a work order is put in and has fixed everything from torn netting covering the balcony, to my AC, to my house Alarm. Next is the location. Everything is really close including Pacific Rim in my opinion the classiest restaraunt in town. Last, you'll appreciate the staff here because they're like family. Nice.
July 30, 2016This facility is really nice. It's on 50 plus acres and the club house is top notch. The pools are brand new and spotless. The new picnic areas are a nice addition. The gym rivals the best places in town. The location is in prime spot in town. The staff is better than the facility. They went above and beyond to make the application process and move in seamless.
