Amazing place with awesome staff!
November 13, 2023I just moved out after 10 years here! It was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Staff was amazing and answered problems often same day! Quiet apartments and amenities were all top notch! It is an amazing apartment that is easy to get out of and on the Arsenal. There are a lot of other newer places that will give you grey hair trying to get out of for work!Property Manager Responded

Good Location, Friendly and Accommodating Staff
May 5, 2022Three year resident. The property is located a single right turn from the interstate, which makes getting to work easy. The staff work with you if situations come up (in my case, passing of family member). The apartments are well maintained, clean, and the facilities are available at most reasonable hours (the gym and laundry I believe are available 24/7). Will probably end up staying till I purchase a home (whenever that ends up...).Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Experience
December 2, 2020Living in Windscape for 3 years has been best apartment experience I have had in 15 years of moving. Every staff member is very friendly, personable, and ready to help. Service request were always handled promptly, and the maintenance crew always respected my wishes. Even my neighbors were amazing, and quiet. I wish that I did not have to relocate for work. Windscape is truly the best!
October 12, 2019I've lived in a number of rental properties throughout the years- in the Madison County, AL area and in other states. By far, Windscape has been the best due to the responsiveness of the staff in terms of addressing maintenance requests and being helpful. It's really been a wonderful experience and I would recommend living here to anyone. For example, when I had an issue with my air conditioner, it was fixed that day and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Not only that, ...they've held multiple social events that help you feel like you live in a community that cares. Good location and friendly
February 13, 2017Windscape has been a good location for me. Near my job but NOT in Huntsville. Near the airport. I am a frequent flyer. The people in the office are friendly so are the people who live here. Maintenance is good and fast. I don't like all the dogs but there are dogs everywhere you live.Review from Apartments.com
Windscape Apartments !!
July 19, 2016I'll just start out saying that this place is a very wonderful place to live in madison. Everything you need is in very reasonable driving distance and the airport is just down the road. Windscape Apartments offer great amenities from the pool, wifi, grilling area, ping pong tables, horse shoes, volleyball pit, tennis court, car wash and vacuum, bocce ball court, on site laundromat and also the sauna and the gym. We are lucky to have such wonderful maintenance men who work around the clock to ...provide us with all these great things and to make sure our homes are in great shape. Another reason for living here is the smart and funny and caring office staff that we have. They do an outstanding job to provide residents with information and to make our stay here at Windscape Apartments warm and welcoming. This is the best place I've lived in years. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live. The office staff even goes out of their way to provide breakfast in the mornings as we leave to head into work, they'll be outside waiting with food and a drink.
