December 14, 2022I toured the apartments a couple of weeks ago and needed a one bedroom. Unfortunately they did not have one available for immediate move in. Theresa was so kind to show us the property and give information on a couple of apartments that are managed by the same company. With me working in Mobile I can't drive from Gulf Shores or Foley. Change of heart
February 27, 2020I’m the one who wrote the previous 5 star review. Initially I highly recommended living here. The area is very beautiful. The leasing agent however. About halfway through my lease I’ve asked for things to be fixed in my apt she’s failed to do so. She made the comment that she would resolve once I move out. She speaks poorly about other tenants to her tenants. I’m having to break lease only 23 days before lease expires due to some financial obligations. August 20, 2019Recently out of a long term relationship and back living with the folks...LORD HELP ME. LOL! Chelsea was/is phenomenal from the moment of me reaching out and just inquiring about a vacancy to residing here now for several months. Chelsea and Daryl have succeeded all expectations. Don't be fooled by the pictures
March 13, 2019Went to look at this place a month ago and the pictures look better than the actual apartment. There were dead bugs in the laundry area of the apartment, the flooring was coming unglued between the kitchen and living room, and it had an awful smell to the apartment. The railings are rusted outside and the apartment complex looks run down.Review from Apartments.com
