    Nice amenities, maintenance is very fast and staff is nice. Quiet neighborhood and nice community for walks. Only down side is how much rent increases year to year

    My daughter and I have lived at Windshire Terrace since December 2016. This alone speaks for itself. For me, it's the closest feeling as having your own home. We are very comfortable and feel safe. My neighbors have always (and still are)been very friendly and courteous. The Leasing office and Maintenance department are the best. They know their jobs very well and are always helpful, courteous, respectful and friendly. This makes living here a pleasure.

    Raising our rent every year has hurt us, we are thinking about moving. We get things fixed and they just break again. Pool chairs are very uncomfortable, A/C doesn’t work well either

    Very responsive maintenance and fairly good communication from property manager. Feel safe in the community. Would appreciate if people were not allowed to dump trash around the recycling area.

    It’s a wonderful community but it’s very expensive. The rent is an average price but once you add in the extra fees of trash, water, sewer you are paying at least $300 more on top of your rent

    So far this has been the best apartment complex we have ever been. Everyone is so friendly. And the staff are wonderful ?? Anytime I need something fixed they're prompt. And my apartment is pretty ??

    It’s a nice place to call home, I enjoy my unit. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Mark, Jeffrey and Juan do a good Job. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to reside at Windshire. There is only one thing I don't like, but it's not Windshire's fault: It would be greatly appreciated if dog owners who live in this complex would clean up after their dogs.
