December 27, 2025For the price we pay, I would expect at least updated appliances. My dishwasher and dryer are basically just decorative items at this point and there’s a water stain on my ceiling that has yet to be fixed after almost a year. July 27, 2025My daughter and I have lived at Windshire Terrace since December 2016. This alone speaks for itself. For me, it's the closest feeling as having your own home. We are very comfortable and feel safe. My neighbors have always (and still are)been very friendly and courteous. The Leasing office and Maintenance department are the best.
