Great Management and Maintenance and Great Location
May 3, 2023Windsong Towhomes are located in the Raintree Lake area, with full access to all that is available to HOA privileges including lakeside pool, pontoon boat rental, lake access, fishing, and more. Property has changed hands now and is owned and managed by Prism, and they do an outstanding job in terms of maintenance and property management. They are in the process of a complete renovation of these townhomes, and you will love the backyard access from the kitchen. I am especially grateful to the ...maintenance man, who did a lot for us over the 12 years we lived there. It is the longest timeframe we have ever lived in one location, and a large part of that was the outstanding service and attention to little things. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom with its cavernous walk-in closet. If you want to live and rent in Lee's Summit, put this on your short list as you will not be disappointed. P.S. We only moved-out because we bought a home. We will miss the outstanding service and the level of maintenance afforded by renting.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
