Been here almost a year and really happy with my choice. The location on Garrett Dr is perfect for getting around Athens. Maintenance team is responsive and professional. Only minor issue is the water pressure could be better in the shower but thats pretty common.

My daughter attends Athens State and these apartments have been perfect for her. Management is friendly and easy to work with. The units are clean and well-maintained. We looked at several places in the area and Windsor was definitely the best value.

Absolutely love the location off Garrett Drive - so easy to get anywhere in Athens! The apartment complex is well-maintained and quiet. My only small complaint would be that the laundry hookups could use updating, but honestly its not a big deal. Overall really happy I chose Windsor!

I just moved to Athens last October. There have been two different property managers since I have been here & it’s my understanding that neither have been very professional. I recently had a water leak, from both my neighbors and my utility closet. I guess maintenance requests don’t mean anything because to this day I have not had written follow up. I ended up having to cal emergency maintenance twice (bc they kept forgetting to come out). Since it took them so long to fix the leak, my baseboards ...
and walls accrued a decent amount of water damage, with this came mold. After walking to the leasing office to speak to a person in the flesh (since everyone was unresponsive or forgetful, the new property manager assured me it was just mildew & she would she someone out. No one came and my mold kept growing. They only came after I called and left a voicemail (bc no one would answer) & said I was going to call the health department. I planned on reporting them, but after nearly two weeks of the mold growing, they finally sent someone out. Despite not getting ALL of the black mold off of my walls/baseboards, I settled with that because the communication and responsibility that Windsor represents themselves by is crap & I knew it wasn’t worth reaching out for. I have slowly started hating this apartment complex because they unreliable and avoidant.

I've lived at Windsor for 3 years and I absolutely love it! It's a very quite and peaceful place to call home. Having a kind property manager and great staff makes it perfect! The new management is doing a lot of upgrading and adding things like a dog park, new pool fence and furniture and still have more to do!

I lived there for five years and the only complaint I had was on some of the rowdy neighbors drinking at night, but other than that I enjoyed living there. I left in 2016, the manager then was miss Connie, and she was awesome if you needed help with anything.
