August 23, 2023Beautiful historic building with horrible property management. Six units condemned and not being repaired. Dangerous and rotting exterior stairs. Maintenance slow or non-responsive with less than quality work.Review from Apartments.com
NO HEAT
December 30, 2018They say that heat is included in the rent. Well we pay our rent and the heat has been out for THREE WEEKS IN DECEMBER with no end in sight. Every resident gets a totally different story out of the property management people. WE'RE FREEZING.Review from Apartments.com
