April 2, 2026No place like home Going on year 4 or 5 here at Windsor Castle and can’t believe how quickly time has flown. The property manager, Kelli, leads an incredible maintenance staff who has always gone above and beyond. Whether I’ve needed assistance hanging something or getting someone out to check the lights or vents, they always respond immediately and are quick to resolve the issue. I never have any qualms about maintenance having to come into the apartment, as I’ve built a relationship with them ...over the years. Always friendly, smiling, waving, happy to help. February 6, 2026I've lived in a few apartments and my wife an I were very happy with our time spent here. Rent never raised very significantly at all, maintenance was always very responsive and extremely friendly. Kelli (manager) was always very kind and helpful. I never felt I was trying to be pinched for money or screwed over. I never ran into any issues with neighbors, and the location was very ideal. We lived in a 2 bedroom "luxury" one so I can only speak to those but it was gigantic and lovely.Review from Apartments.com

Maintenance is very responsive and Kelli (manager) is helpful and very customer service oriented. Laundry facility is well kept and now is 24/7 which was a huge improvement.
