Whenever I call Maintenance, they always come super quick. The property is well maintained, when it snows, we are shoveled and plowed, and in the summer, the grass is mowed and well kept. .

The property manager, Kelli, leads an incredible maintenance staff who has always gone above and beyond. Whether I’ve needed assistance hanging something or getting someone out to check the lights or vents, they always respond immediately and are quick to resolve the issue. Rent never raised very significantly at all, maintenance was always very responsive and extremely friendly. Kelli (manager) was always very kind and helpful. I never felt I was trying to be pinched for money or screwed over. I never ran into any issues with neighbors, and the location was very ideal. We lived in a 2 bedroom "luxury" one so I can only speak to those but it was gigantic and lovely.
