March 10, 2026Although a bit of a rough start with quite a few maintenance calls, they were answered in an urgent manner. The response time is amazing and the leasing office ladies are so helpful! It's been awesome getting to know my neighbors (and having their help moving the bigger furniture). Don't let the fact that it's an apartment complex scare you away, I can hardly hear my neighbors once we're all in our units. The property is beautiful and I love that some of the trees have identification plaques! ...It's off of a moderately busy road, but it's in a nice location close to the interstate. August 23, 2025The apartment is okay. You could tell it was closed for a while upon moving in. There was a silverfish, house centipede, a spider and several roaches spotted. Pest control came in after 2 weeks of the report being in. However, maintenance comes very quickly.Property Manager Responded
