November 10, 2025Maintenance staff lack knowledge, and even the smallest of tasks also not enough staff members to come out to address issues according to time requested. Also, we wish that they would at least clean the hallways clear the garbage around the premises at least once a week there’s been garbage left in the hallways and on stairways and you can tell no one comes out to clean by how long it’s there literally a month at a time.Property Manager Responded
