I have Lived at Windsor Estate for about 10 years. There have been many changes in management and maintenance. The current staff is by far the best staff we have had. There is more follow up and care in regard to maintenance requests or suggestions. Whenever David and Gio fix things in my apartment it feels really fixed vs a bandage put on praying it holds. They are always friendly and professional. Miriam at the front office always listens and is helpful when I have questions and concerns. ...
