Property is well maintained, love the pools and apartments are very open, with lots of natural light ! A good price and location is great ! Easy commute if you take I95 community is right next to the highway .. you don’t hear the noise at all.
The maintenance guys are very efficient and the ladies at the office are great!! They are always decorating the office for each holiday! They are always willing to help and very understanding. I recommend living here .
Admin complicit with towing company

It looks like the admin in these buildings are having a second stream of income from kickbacks from the towing company. Randomly the residents find their cars towed overnight, even with the updated parking sticker on it. Then there is always a minor mistake made (sometimes a year ago) by the admin folks but they "can not help it" because the towing company is an external entity. If you want to live under the stress of waking up to not have your car with you, and instead of heading to work have to ...
go to a towing company to recover your car after you pay exorbitant fees that will end up in the pockets of the administration of this building then, by all means, move here.

I'm a 7th grade ELA teacher in Pompano and I was in a rush to move years ago and came across Windsor Forest. From the moment I came onto the property, I knew I was home. I've been living in this neighborhood for 3 years now and enjoy it immensely. There are 2 pools, a gym, a BBQ area, little playground and now we have a number of beautiful new trees to add to the overall nature feel. I happen to have a balcony right by the pool and I have to say, NOTHING beats the view I have of the sky ?

is an incredible property manager and she reminds me of friends and family from back up north. Jose,Fidel, and the rest of the maintenance crew are all so helpful, warm, and friendly. Jose even put air in my tire one day when he noticed it was almost completely flat. He did NOT have to do that, but he did and it was so helpful and sweet.
Ovelyn who works in the office is a BRIGHT shining star that greets me with a big beautiful smile and we have our chats when I come to get my packages or just to say hello. All of the women in the office are genuinely kind and good people, which is very rare.
Honestly, this neighborhood is in a good location, has a wonderful staff, and consistently improving the grounds. Come check it out ? I'm sure you'll love it!!

I lived at Windsor forest in pompano apt B224 since 2014... I can say it's a very good place to live, it's quiet, prices are reasonable and they keep it very clean...I had to move out because of my work and I really missed living there.

Been here for over 7 years. Seen it switch ownership many times. And I have to say, I am so happy to be here. The management makes every effort to accommodate any and all requests. I as many tenants have run in to difficulties paying their rent and as long as long as you speak to the manager, she is willing to work with you. I would totally recommended this place to anyone interested. The grounds sre awesome and very clean. Super convenient to 95, turnpike and walking distance to Tri Rail ...

Worse living experience ever.... Please take note how they treat you in the initial meeting and then when you need repairs or service. I had a terrible experience living here. Roaches were actually in my kitchen ceiling panels, in my refrigerator,a brand new microwave, and was in the lining of my living room couches.( All 3 items I threw out when i moved out) I advised the staff and got no response. I tell manager , after i got no reply and she said" I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS EARLY IN THE ...
MORNING, I HAVE 300 OTHER UNITS TO WORRY ABOUT !!" And to really put the icing on the cake, I contacted maintenance for a repair item, they left my door ajar after they left, and because i was at work when they repaired the issue they put my apartment at risk for being robbed or even worse. They charged a fee for not " waxing the floors" on move out and waited the full 30 days to return my balance. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! If there was a NEGATIVE STAR,this property would win hands down.
