    it’s a great place to live! clean amenities, always someone up front, AMAZING location, great appliances. I love it here! i just moved to chicago and was nervous about safety but i have felt nothing but safe here

    Great experience and beautiful apartment. I love that the noise is very minimal. I would renew my lease if rent wasn’t increasing. The leasing team is very helpful

  • Ongoing noisy neighbour issue

    I have been living here over 3 years and there was no year when I have been leaving in a quiet space. It doesn’t look that the management takes real actions against violators and keeps saying that they are working on it. Don’t buy it, they would rather having a reliable tenant to move out than dealing with violators.

    North Vine is a great place to live in even if you choose to not own a car. Everything is close by - hospitals, stores, pharmacy, bus station, metro station - very walkable! We love the amenities and super friendly staff.
