  • Ongoing noisy neighbour issue

    I have been living here over 3 years and there was no year when I have been leaving in a quiet space. It doesn’t look that the management takes real actions against violators and keeps saying that they are working on it. Don’t buy it, they would rather having a reliable tenant to move out than dealing with violators.

    North Vine is a great place to live in even if you choose to not own a car. Everything is close by - hospitals, stores, pharmacy, bus station, metro station - very walkable! We love the amenities and super friendly staff.
