DISGUSTING AND SEVERELY INFESTED.
October 15, 2023This apartment is truly DISGUSTING!!!! The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors having a whole conversation or watching tv, etc. It infested with roaches ( its a roach every other night ), especially in the storage room, snakes are everywhere at night, they don’t take care of the apartment, it’s always a plumbing problem needing to be fixed, the bills are always $800+ for me, I am currently living here now and can’t wait to move next year. I had multiple neighbors move because of poor care, ...plumbing always reaching from one house to another, spiders all the time. A/Cis always broken, Gym isn’t even a gym, rain is always coming through my roof, leaving a stain, and wall in the bathroom feeling for no reason, did I say roaches? They come out everyday and every night and sometimes during the day. I have had over 20 roaches seen, not in the same month though. Leaf blowers making the mess worse. Its so much I can say, just don’t move here if you don’t want these problems. This apartment is just horrible and old.Property Manager Responded

DO not move into these apartments.
February 25, 2023This complex is not up to date, and they will not update any of the apartments. I spent the past 2 summers during the heat advisories with no A/C. All while my AC was running because they said it was "fixed". Never got reimbursed from having $500-$800 power bills. My air conditioning leaked and had water damage on my ceiling. The paint was peeling and the trim around the wall was coming up. If I could give this place ZERO stars I wouldReview from Apartments.com
Horribly disgusting
July 26, 2020I wish I could post a picture of the roaches I see every single day . I love the location and I love the partial wood flooring . But we cannot love in conditions like this . It’s not healthy and it’s disgusting. My neighbors state that they have been dealing with this for many months with no resolution. I feel their is infestation because the units are so incredibly old and the landscaping around the units (not seen from the street) , is not maintained . First impressions aren't always what they're cracked up to be
July 28, 2015I first moved into this complex about 1 1/2 years ago. I was looking for a nice neighborhood that felt safe based on its surroundings, and it lived up to that for certain. Being right next to an air strip kept most miscreants away because of its remote location. That, however, is where the benefits stopped. The moment we walked in, there was clear evidence of previous pets that had not been cleaned properly in the carpet, but they denied pets ever being in the apartment. The floor sagged in ...multiple places, but it was brushed off once again. Night after night, our downstairs neighbor would be slamming against the ceiling and complaining about noise caused by the floorboards, forcing us to switch sides of the apartment for her sake. Apparently, living there for 15 years makes her money better than ours. The insulation is terrible, and keeping it warm in the winter and, even worse, cool in the summer costs a fortune. Top it off, their "safe drop" isn't very safe, seeing as rent has been stolen out of it. The staff however are the absolute nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Always willing to work with us and very understanding of the little things, they've been the redeeming factor that made us renew our lease. I would recommend this complex if only for the staff, but make sure you thoroughly look over the apartment you're looking at first.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
