Great location! I didn't lease from them though as I need a 6 month lease, and they only do yearly. Nice apartment though had a washer and dryer and close to WSU. If you're looking for a nice area I'd stop by.

Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently for a one bedroom apartment! The location was great, close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base, as-well as the Fairfield mall ! They look to be recently upgraded and are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other apartments around. Staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Visited Windsor Place Apartments recently & was immediately impressed by the immaculate grounds. The convenient location close to Wright State University & Wright Patt Air Force Base is a big plus. The recently upgraded apartments are absolutely beautiful & definitely make these stand out from other complexes around.
The staff was top notch—very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.
