I had a one bedroom apartment and the problems started from move in day. I had a leak in my ceiling in the bathroom. I called maintenance, but because it wasn't leaking when they got there, they said "You're fine". This went on for months of me calling and them saying its not leaking now, so you're ok. them up and they came and fixed the leak then told me they would patch the ceiling at a later date. That date never came. They never fixed the hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. EVERY TIME it rained, water would leak into the apartment. So it would be wet like 90% of the time in there. Then, when I finally moved out, they sent me a bill for over $1000 to fix everything. They were trying to get me to pay for 75% of carpet replacement. 75%!!!! How insane do you think I am?! This place is an absolute joke. Avoid it at all costs like the plague. Management was nice enough, but the problems FAR outweigh the good things about it.
