I put a request in for maintance on a Saturday and they came on Monday That is how it has always been here at Windsor place. With the exception of one service call that took 3 weeks. Maintance you are back on the right track now Thanks ??????

Water Heater Service My water heater quit working and the technician Walker did an excellent job of flushing and relighting the system. He even brought the supervisor over to double check on something and answer a couple of questions that I had. I appreciate his level of concern that the job was done properly. He seems to genuinely care about the work he does. I appreciate that. Thank You.

I lived there for about 2 yrs. Noisy neighbors, laundry machines half-way work, had to have my bath tub re-glazed 2 times and they wanted to charge me for doing a poor job, dirty property.

I only gave the 1 star because I had to. They care nothing about the safety of their residents. If you report a problem to you, they’ll tell you to just call the police, even if it something that they can do about it. They have no care about who comes in and out of buildings that are supposed to be “secured”. They spend their time and money fixing up the outside of apartment and landscaping. Meanwhile, the inside of the units are falling apart, literally making me and my family sick.

I’ve been here for over a year, and I honestly wish that I didn’t renew my lease. They went up on rent when nothing is getting better. The apartments are so and constantly falling apartment and all the care about is the outside landscape. Maintenance takes weeks, sometimes a month to come. They’ve shut our water off TWICE with no notification. They allow residents to have more the 2 assigned park spots, leaving the other people who actually need them out of luck. Save yourself the trouble and do ...

We apologize for the water shut-offs, which will occur without notice in order to make an emergency repair. Will you please contact the Property Manager if you ever feel that your service request in not being taken care of in a reasonable time frame? This will help us to have a better understanding of your specific concern and can assist us with resolving the issue(s). To clarify, there are not assigned parking spaces, except for the carports.
