Quality apartments with great staff
November 27, 2022The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any needs that may arise. Conveniently located, the units are in great condition with many remodeled with new stainless steel appliances. Residents are polite and the complex as a whole is quiet and laid back. Having lived at other apartment complexes in the past, Windsor Square has by far the most welcoming and helpful staff, as well as a community of considerate tenants you will be happy to have as neighbors.Property Manager Responded

A Hidden Gem
December 1, 2021In the heart of Windsor Heights, you can find Windsor Square Apartment on the former pickle factory off of I-235, nestled within 1.4 square miles of Windsor Heights! This complex offers a community feeling to all demographics. This property is close to shopping, groceries, and gas. There are several unique restaurants within the area. The complex itself offers one bedrooms and two bedroom options with spacious floorplans that provides a secure feeling. The parking lot is well kept up, with the ...option of adding a garage! If you enjoy the outdoors, the large private swimming pool is a welcome benefit, within the safe neighborhood. Two blocks away, you can find walking/riding trails, playgrounds, and a dog park! This complex has a well-run management staff that are friendly and available during business hours and has an emergency number for after hours. Maintenance items in your apartment are done in an efficient and timely matter. The grounds are appealing and kept well maintained. November 4, 2019I have lived at Windsor Square for almost 20 years and have to say this is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. It is small enough to feel like home in a little community and very safe. The management team is the best part. They do a good job of keeping the apartments and grounds looking nice. August 28, 2019I recently moved out of the DM area after living at Windsor Square for 10 years. I can highly recommend this cozy apt complex. It’s very easy to live there. After working all day, or returning from a trip, it feels good for home to be a welcoming environment. That’s what I found for the entire time I lived there. I have nothing but good to say about the management too. The on-site staff are very responsive and friendly. I had a couple of situations that needed taken to the corporate manager, and ...I can’t tell you how surprised I was at the positive outcome.
