This team is absolutely amazing....
January 9, 2026Have lived here for a little over 7 years and it just gets better every year. Patrick is the new prop mgr since June 2025. So many activities, Halloween, bingo Christmas, the list goes on and on...he has help though, Dan and Steve are the maintainers, they stay late for every function to pick up food, help with everything and clean up afterwards. They keep the property, 2 buildings, looking great. Service calls are answered quickly and thoroughly. Our lobbies and function rooms are fantastic. The facility is always spotless and the amenities are up to date and well maintained. The apartments are exceptionally comfortable. January 8, 2025Great location in town, modern design with well furnished community rooms and other amenities. The office and maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and I love having the trash chute at the end of the hall in my building. I recently moved in and despite the apartment looking nice, there are little issues due to the building being 8 years old at this point that it would be nice to have had addressed when they prepped the apartment. Things like paint splatters on the ...hardwood floors, loose fixtures and hardware, and some scuff marks on the walls. Overall, a good place and I think I will have a positive experience here.Property Manager Responded
