Lived here 2 years so far
June 19, 2020Out of all the apartments I have rented. This is my favorite one! It is a nice quiet complex with many families. The location is very convenient as well! Great place to live
January 3, 2020My family has lived here for two years and we absolutely love it! Everyone here is extremely nice. It’s a quiet complex with a lot of families. Maintenance is very attentive and they almost always come the same day. Kathy in the leasing office is WONDERFUL. She always makes sure that you’re taken care of. The price is great for what you get in the Plymouth/canton area. We looked at other apartments in this area before we moved here and they’re nowhere near as nice.Property Manager Responded

Not a good place anymore
July 5, 2018Living here for almost 3 yrs now. Have seen the quality of apartment and management deteriorating. Till Natosha was the leasing office and property manager, living here was a good, simple & most importantly Friendly. With new property manager, here is what i feel has gone down 1. No prompt responses to service requests. 2. Not very friendly 3. Too many silly rules (irritation factor) 4. Rents have gone up steeply 5. Calls are not answered / returned promptly Windsor woods have become just ...another greedy apartment complex. Look out for better options.Property Manager Responded

Best staff EVER!!!
June 13, 2017I have lived here for 3 years going on my 4th and I must say the staff is amazing. Natasha is the manager and Rick is the head of maintenance and they are hands down the best staff I have had in all the years I have rented here and in Plymouth. When I had the smallest issue they show up that day sometimes right after I get off the phone with them and fix what I need. Rick is out every morning picking up trash throughout the glass and parking lot and is very friendly when I see him and always says ...hello cause I'm usually on my balcony drinking my coffee.I know at least one person from every building because once the pool opens all the neighbors come out and socialize usually because we have kids in the pool playing together.
