Not worth the money
May 1, 2025Mold is all over the ceiling and on the walls. The smell of weed is coming in through the air vents from another tenant's apartment. There is Loud noise and music, screaming, and stomping on the floors—everything you can imagine, and they don't do anything to resolve it.Review from Apartments.com
Don't let the old reviews mislead you
February 13, 2024The most recent review here is from 2021. Since late 2022-early 2023, the management changed and everything has been horrific ever since. From the lacking maintenance, to the apathetic management, to the crime rate, nothing is worth staying here anymore. Excellent place to live
August 2, 2021Windtree has the best staff and apartments. I have been living at Windtree for 4 years with no regrets. Speedy maintenance. Excellent manager and office staff. They aim to please residents and that is what I love about them. My kids love the pool and Mr Calvin, one of the maintenance guys. Brenda went above and beyond for me yesterday and I really appreciated it. I have to also mention the community events. Tons of give aways, food and fun fun fun. July 23, 2015I have lived at Windtree apartments for over two years now. I enjoy the fact that it is close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. I am close to a movie theater the mall and my work. I only have to drive 5 to 10 minutes a day as a result. It is also very quiet and I have not have any problems with any of my neighbors.
