Not worth the money
May 1, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMold is all over the ceiling and on the walls. The smell of weed is coming in through the air vents from another tenant's apartment. There is Loud noise and music, screaming, and stomping on the floors—everything you can imagine, and they don't do anything to resolve it.Property Manager Responded

Mold concerns, air quality issues, and ongoing noise disturbances are all taken seriously, and we encourage you to report these directly to the office so our team can properly document and address them. Some matters, especially those involving neighboring units or building systems, do require investigation and coordination to resolve, but we do work to address them as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Please reach out to the leasing office or management team as soon as possible so we can look into your specific situation and work toward a resolution. February 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe most recent review here is from 2021. Since late 2022-early 2023, the management changed and everything has been horrific ever since. From the lacking maintenance, to the apathetic management, to the crime rate, nothing is worth staying here anymore.
