August 14, 2015Windward Village Apartments is a great value in terms of the square footage you get, the parking spot, the pool, and proximity to the ocean. It is also, predictably, a little bit of a party complex. If you don't mind that (or seek it out), it's great. Just buy a fan in case your neighbors are loud at night.Review from Apartments.com
