September 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are beautiful and I am very happy with my living space and the fact I never hear any noise from my neighbors. However, management should make a better effort. Clubhouse, fitness room, stairwells, and sidewalks are always filthy and really take away from how nice the neighborhood is. We reached out to Windward on the River and received a return call the same day. A tour was also scheduled that same day. Upon touring the beautiful property we met Shaneice who was absolutely amazing! She explained the entire process and was amazing at communicating with us each step of the way after the tour. From multiple phones calls to email updates, she made the process easy for us. Not ...only do they have amazing staff, the apartments are modern and very family friendly with open floor plan. Says pay online for free but actually a $35 charge. Apartment is nice but no staff available. Only 1 maintenance man available & he's great but he's the only one who shows up. Clubhouse is always locked.
