My move-in was very smooth. The asst. property manager was extremely helpful and had answers to all of my questions. The property is very well maintained with landscape maintenance and the club house is a great asset. After living there for almost 2 months - I am very happy with my decision to live at The Windward on the River. I would recommend to my family and friends.

The apartments are beautiful and I am very happy with my living space and the fact I never hear any noise from my neighbors. However, management should make a better effort. Clubhouse, fitness room, stairwells, and sidewalks are always filthy and really take away from how nice the neighborhood is. Wish we could see an improvement on that part.

My husband and I are currently expecting our first child and needed more space for our growing family. We reached out to Windward on the River and received a return call the same day. A tour was also scheduled that same day. Upon touring the beautiful property we met Shaneice who was absolutely amazing! She explained the entire process and was amazing at communicating with us each step of the way after the tour. From multiple phones calls to email updates, she made the process easy for us. Not ...

only do they have amazing staff, the apartments are modern and very family friendly with open floor plan. The kitchen is my favorite. Love the white cabinets and modern countertops. Highly recommend!

Apartment is nice but no staff available. Only 1 maintenance man available & he's great but he's the only one who shows up. Clubhouse is always locked.
