November 8, 2023My move-in was very smooth. The asst. property manager was extremely helpful and had answers to all of my questions. The property is very well maintained with landscape maintenance and the club house is a great asset. My Tour 10/27/23
October 30, 2023I drove to the apartment complex from NJ with no appt for a tour and Shaneice though busy was welcoming and attentive and fit me in for a tour. Great but…
September 26, 2023The apartments are beautiful and I am very happy with my living space and the fact I never hear any noise from my neighbors. However, management should make a better effort. Clubhouse, fitness room, stairwells, and sidewalks are always filthy and really take away from how nice the neighborhood is. Wish we could see an improvement on that part.Property Manager Responded

Amazing
September 18, 2023My husband and I are currently expecting our first child and needed more space for our growing family. We reached out to Windward on the River and received a return call the same day. A tour was also scheduled that same day. Upon touring the beautiful property we met Shaneice who was absolutely amazing! She explained the entire process and was amazing at communicating with us each step of the way after the tour. From multiple phones calls to email updates, she made the process easy for us. Not ...only do they have amazing staff, the apartments are modern and very family friendly with open floor plan. The kitchen is my favorite. Love the white cabinets and modern countertops. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Office manager
July 5, 2022Office manager is NEVER available to take rent, get the key fobs finished, review rent renewals. Just grumpy messages on the portal. No call backs. Says pay online for free but actually a $35 charge. Apartment is nice but no staff available. Only 1 maintenance man available & he's great but he's the only one who shows up.
