Bad living experience
May 15, 2019Roaches!! I wish I would’ve saw the previous review about the complex having this problem because I wouldn’t have applied. It’s clear they have not fixed this problem. To have to constantly report seeing them means they’re are doing very little to eliminate this problem What you see on the outside is not what your true living experience will be. Also the apartment building is in constant repair or upgrade mode but you’re guaranteed a rent raise after your first year of living there.Review from Apartments.com
Not a great living experience
May 19, 2018Clean, Maintenance is good, Parking is good, Neighbors are nice, Rent was cheap, but I have ROACHES. I have been getting my apartment sprayed since I moved in and management said it's not infested. They expect me to take all my things out my cabinets every two weeks and for my kids and me to inhale every pesticide known to man every day because none of it works. It's so freaking disgusting. I am so frustrated and annoyed that I am stuck in this contract with them and all I can do is vent on this ...review. I want to curse someone out but everyone is so nice on the phone. Peaceful Resident
September 11, 2015the apartment complex is well kept up & very clean. new paint on the outside buildings have been applied. it has a pool, basketball court. freeway close & so are the stores for shopping & nice restaurants. management is always helpful.Review from Apartments.com
Great for small families
August 4, 2015Overall it's a nice apartment. I've lived here for the past 3 years and have seen little to no crime. The rent is comparable to surrounding apartments but when they do an increase its a few hundred dollars. It's safe, kid friendly and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is there maintanence process. I've had to continuously follow up with requests that have lasted for months, or when do fix something it's not done correctly .Review from Apartments.com
