July 13, 2018We have lived here for over a year and transferred apartments. We moved to a larger unit and absolutely LOVED both of them! The transition while working with the staff was a breeze! May 12, 2018We've lived here for years and still love it. Entire staff team is amazing. Very kid friendly community. My kids have adopted several grandmas and grandpas throughout the community. Large apartments for the money!
August 7, 2015I looked at every apartment floor plan in Roanoke and this had the largest floor plans of them all. I liked the dinning/living open floor plan. The rooms are very large and have decent size closet. They are a little outdated cosmetic wise inside and out but are clean. No microwave, but lots of cabinets in the kitchen. Ample wide parking spaces. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and live on the premise This makes it helpful for after hours emergencies; I locked my keys in my apartment ...on a weekend and the manager was there within 10 minutes, another time my kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday and maintenance was there in 20 minutes. Nice pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables with nice music playing at all times; new playground next to it with picnic tables and bbq grill. Doggie bag dispensers on premise. Nice landscaping. Neighbors are friendly, I lived here for 1 year and there has never been a problem. Some of the apartments have nice mountain view. It is located two blocks away from a busy street but it is very private. You cannot see the apartment complex from the street, there is a bank and a woodsy area with tall trees (all around the apartment complex) that shelter it from the main street and other surrounding companies, it's very private. School buses drive up into the complex, so the kids board onto the bus in a safe area away from traffic. There is a working train track in the back of the complex but you hardly notice it or the noise and cannot see it due to that the apartment complex is set on a hill and surrounded by tall trees.
