    Moving into Windy Shores Apartments has been the best decision I have made in a while. The manager Amy stays on top of her game. She takes care of every little problem as soon as it arises and her maintenance man Ram can fix anything you throw at him. After living a year in Rockport at an Airbnb that I will not name and having to put up with crap nonstop over there I can honestly say …you cannot beat this team of people.     Hey guys these people work and work hard. No one gives them credit for staying late and taking care of business. I could on most days after closing time and knock on the door and Amy answers that door. She doesn't ignore she answers and many times I have called at 5:30pm and that's quittin time but Ram still comes out and fixes what is broken or not working.

  • Terrible management

    I loved into these apartments in June 2019. The management at the time was amazing and problems were always solved in a timely manner. I moved out in January 2021 because of the new management. Johnathan, the property manager is very disrespectful, it’s been over 2 months and I have still not received my deposit back and he read used to answer the phone or give me a call back with an update. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  • Used to be Great

    The complex used to be amazing. A little Mayberry. Then they were bought out by GVA. All the staff were let go and it has gone downhill from there. Yard maintenance interior maintenance have dropped to subpar. They no longer have an exterminator coming around. And the new office staff are not very friendly or helpful.
