Inconsistent Information
October 13, 2018This site shows there is a 3 bedroom unit available. I visited the office and while I was filling out the application I was told someone just paid to get the unit. So I left. A day later, I see on this site, there is still a 3 bedroom available. But no one picks up the phone. A day after that, I still see the availability. Still no one picks up the phone. Are you guys for real? Is there any other contact number for this apartment?Review from Apartments.com
Never answer the phone
December 11, 2017My husband and I were interested in renting an apartment and this complex was number one on our list. We tried calling to set up a tour of the place because we needed to find an apartment by the end of month. We called several times (and by several I mean 30 times between the two of us) and even left a voice message, but never heard back. We started calling in the morning; we called all morning with no success, then finally at around 1 pm a girl picked up the phone, and she told me that they ...had availability for a tour at 4:30 pm but that I could not make that appointment until 4 pm; furthermore, she assured me that if I called back at 4 pm that someone would definitely answer the phone. I called back at 4 pm but nobody picked up the phone, I called several times until 5 pm and then gave up.
