About Wingover Luxury Apartments and Townhomes

Wingover is our newest apartment complex. These apartments are designed to give maximum comfort, style and convenience. All of these apartments include an electric fireplace, central air conditioning, storage space, and patio or balcony. The first floor apartments have a private entrance and the third floor apartments have a vaulted ceiling. The complex offers the following amenities: clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green and a pond that is stocked with fish. The tenant pays the electric and water. High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
