All of these apartments include an electric fireplace, central air conditioning, storage space, and patio or balcony. The first floor apartments have a private entrance and the third floor apartments have a vaulted ceiling. The complex offers the following amenities: clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green and a pond that is stocked with fish. The tenant pays the electric and water. High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
