Lived at Wingwood five years through many management changes. The current staff helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Freddy is an excellent maintenance maintainer , very skillful and at times performs above and beyond and will go the extra step to complete a job.

There are roaches, the apartments are outdated, there is no pool, no workout center, the exterminators dont actually get rid of the roaches, they monitor it which is a rip off and an invasion of privacy because they give them keys to your apartment and they will just let themselves in if you dont answer the door, you're always being watched, they go into your apartment when you arent home even if nothing is wrong, its creepy avoid this place , you're better off somewhere else i promise
