April 28, 2025The trash room floors are dirty and sticky. Staff has gone days without cleaning it. Hallways have also gone weeks without vacuuming or deorderizing. The garage door fails every so often and the elevator is always out of service. It has not been luxury living at all. Recently the water and out without notice.Property Manager Responded

We also provide advance notice for scheduled water shut-offs whenever feasible. If a service disruption occurred unexpectedly, we apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. April 27, 2025The apartment itself is decent and mostly what you'd expect—The staff is friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I did have some of my belongings stolen during my time here, which was disappointing. If security improves, this place could be a solid optionProperty Manager Responded
