January 27, 2025My wife, Alma, and I we are really happy to be living at the Winthrop. We arrived 3 weeks ago and everyone in the building has been really kind with us. The agents from Bozzuto as well, always willing to help us. The amenities inside the building are fantastic and having a parking is really great. January 24, 2025I’ve enjoye living in the Winthrop community. It’s been five years, the staff is very accommodating and this community has a lot of perks. I enjoy the gym, pool, game room, garden, grill area , computer room as well as pool/ game room. ( and one of the best things is you don’t need to shovel!)Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2025I have lived here since March of 2023 and the best thing the Winthrop did was hire Lydia. She is always so bubbly and happy to everyone that stops by the leasing office. She welcomes visits from my little dog and makes her feel like a Princess deserving of pets every time Lydia sees her. She is also super helpful and explains everything in detail. There is never a time that I think she won’t help me and she is the best at putting extra touches on all the resident events. Lydia welcomes you and ...makes the Winthrop feel like home! In terms of the apartment, if you rent here, the corner units overlooking the courtyard has the best layout. I have lived in 3 units and I highly recommend it. The kitchen has so much space and you get a huge balcony. It’s generally really quiet too. Unlike the pool side that has noise pretty much year round. I highly recommend you come visit and ask for Lydia to give you a tour of the community!Property Manager Responded
