August 18, 2023I moved in 2022, my son and I have absolutely enjoyed living here. It's a quite, clean, and not an overly busy complex. All my neighbor's are really friendly, nice & respectful. Our management team, Rose and Jamie are really cordial, friendly and super helpful. They're thorough in communicating with us residents via email and text in regards to any upkeep to our complex and/or unit. No surprises or intrusive walk-ins. Wobbe Lane Apartments has been the best apartment complex I lived in here in ...NWA. GREAT MANAGEMENT & COMPLEX
August 18, 2023I'm going on my 2nd year of living here in Wobbe Lane Apts. and I genuinely love it! It's peaceful, quite and close to my son's school Monitor Elementary. If your kids will be riding the bus they pick them up and drop them off inside the complex. We have an enclosed dog park to take your fur-babies to play in safe area. Our management team Rose and Jamie, are super friendly and cordial. Plus our maintenance team gets work orders done in a timely manner.
