Couldn’t Recconmend Them Enough!
December 14, 2018I have lived at this current location, near Argyle and Damen for over 10 years. It is an understatement to say that I LOVE my place and think the management company rocks! I have felt this way from the start of my stay here and it has never changed. They do such a great job and are so so on the ball. They are communicative, clean, reliable, and responsible. Just a few of the things they do so well: repairs get taken care of quickly; they keep the communal areas super clean and safe; the front ...lawns are well maintained; they communicate via email and posted signs in the vestibule when there are important changes or things going on with the building; personal communication with them has always been pleasant and fast and the heat is always SOOO toasty in the winter.
