Mgmt Doesnt Fix Things, Annual Rent Increases
August 6, 2013They have a great gardener and they love to paint the curbs red but that's about it. They have left the jacuzzi broken for 2 months in the middle of summer, still half fixed, luke warm with half the jets working. Also, the BBQ grills don't work well, a $100 repair job installing new flame arms would fix it but they don't care. They just paint the curbs again. And count on the rent increase, every year, even tho all the old ladies and single moms here pay half your rent because they are on city ...assistance programs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
