I lived here for almost 3 years, and am now only moving for job relcoation. The location is nice and was affordable for me as a college student. The grounds are well maintained by maintenance and staff. Frank and everyone were always kind and professional. I never had any problems with the apartment, neighbors or staff and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for affordable apartments in the Mansfield area.

I love this place, I lived here for almost 4 years I moved and went to Columbus I'm really homesick and ready to move back.. Mr. Frank is a wonderful man and so was the maintenance crew... I give them two thumbs up and five stars! I think this is the best place and location for Seniors, I don't care much for high rise buildings. Great apartment keep up the good job and may God bless all of the team!?
