Since I have moved in (March '20) I have called the police twice about loud music after hours. There are loud, ignorant people who live here who keep trash on their porch, attracting animals and rodents. The maintenance crew has to pick up the trash every morning because of these people. The location to Fort Drum is close proximity but it is not worth it. Find another location because of the low-life, rif raf that live here.

This is the perfect apartment complex to live in if you are stationed at Ft. Drum, NY. It is only a few minutes away from post and 30 minutes away from the Canadian boarder. It is located in a nice quiet area so there is not a lot of noise to deal with as well. Nice friendly staff that are very helpful with anything that you may need. Each apartment has its own balcony so you can enjoy those nice cool summer nights with your friends and family.
