AC overheated It was around 8pm on the second hottest night of the year so far and not only was it prompt on addressing, figuring out, and resolving the problem but a team member came in from on a call to assist when they weren’t in call. This along with the professionalism of the employees is why this maintenance team is unmatched.

Worst place I’ve ever lived

As a medical student, I have lived in very poor conditions, but this is the first review I’ve ever left. I can say with confidence this place is shady. Their management is poor. They have hidden fees. They have terrible plumbing and then charge you for it. It’s actually appalling. Do not give this place your money!

This place is a joke , I would never recommend this place to anyone . Bug infestations they spray which makes all the ants come up which they obviously have deeper problems they aren’t taking care of . I shouldn’t have to vacuum piles of dead ants everyday , I don’t pay rent to deal with this these apartments are disgusting save your money $$$

I was promised one price and when it came time to sign the lease, they had upped the price by $100/month! It was already overpriced for what you get... Carpet is disgusting with stains all over and crusty spots. The apartment reeks of smoke and if you have a smoker nearby, good luck ever enjoying your patio or opening your window/door. The marijuana smell will fill up the hallway and seep into your apartment too. If you are lucky like me, you have to walk outside and around to get to the laundry ...
facilities. The walls are beyond thin so you will hear everything your neighbors do (good luck to any 3rd shifters). No dishwasher. No freedom to select your own internet as you have to use their overpriced internet. Dogs are off their leashes, rarely on. Beware of package and item stealers! The water in the shower is pee-yellow when you first turn it on. Very little storage compared to other area apartments. Also no coverage/roof so if you get a 2nd floor unit, you can't put anything out you don't expect to get soaked. I think I covered everything but could truly write an essay on this place! If you didn't get the vibe, I do NOT recommend.

Be Careful - Very Dishonest

After I signed my lease and a week before I was due to move in, I received a notice saying that if I wanted internet, it is only provided through them at $72. When I called the leasing agent to ask why I was not informed of this before I signed the lease, I was told she would speak to her manager to see what they can do.
That afternoon, I received a missed call from the leasing agent. Her exact words left on my voicemail were,
“I’m not going to cancel this move-in until you tell me that’s what ...
you want me to do. If I don’t hear back from you for a few days, then I will end up having to cancel it.”
After shopping around, I called back the next morning to let them know that I will be keeping the apartment and I would not need their internet. Tmobile had the same service for $50, without having to use their connection. The assistant manager, told me I was taken off the apartment, and they would have to resubmit my lease. She said she would get back to me.
When I called the next day, I was told my rent went up. By coincidence, the internet service I decided not to keep was around the same amount of the increase. I emailed Edward Rose and Sons, the management company twice, but they never got back to me. It seems like they encourage this type of dishonesty.
