Grounds are pathetically maintained… very much looks like the tired and old apartment complex it is (original 1980’s build). Mgmt company has been radically increasing rent and fees over the past 2.5 years with little to no improvements. Mgmt rarely ever answers the phone and even more rarely returns calls. Located close to Marietta Square, this is a great location to live. It's at the base of Kennesaw Mountain, surrounded by woods. it's a peaceful, quiet community. Office staff and maintenance are nice and quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly, taking daily walks, and conversing by the pool.
