Mgmt company has been radically increasing rent and fees over the past 2.5 years with little to no improvements. Mgmt rarely ever answers the phone and even more rarely returns calls. Resident quality has become increasingly more “sketchy”. They get a new property manager in there every 4 to 6 months… zero consistency of service. There could be more professional touches with the apartments as far as details. The apartments are quite expensive, but not as nice as others that cost quite a bit less. Also, every year the pool gets murky and has leaves in it making it unpleasant to go for a swim. The landscaping is ok, but not exceptional. It's at the base of Kennesaw Mountain, surrounded by woods. it's a peaceful, quiet community. Office staff and maintenance are nice and quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly, taking daily walks, and conversing by the pool. The pool area is like being at a resort, with a grill, fire pit, and lounge seating. This community is the best hidden gem!!
