If you would like to live under someone else's rules, like being told what you can and cannot do, then this is the place for you. There was one strip of grass that had red flags in the ground, I did not mow, they took the flags out of the ground and mowed a little 4×10 section of grass, I got a letter in the mail saying I was being charged 75.00 because I didn't now that. That's just WRONG. They will harass you , threaten you with legal action, there have been a lot of people moving out because ...
of this bullying. Be smart, don't rent or buy from UMH.
