The office staff have been the same the entire time and are receptive to all of our needs and so amazing! Any issues in our apartment are fixed immediately by the wonderful maintenance staff. We have never felt unsafe here and are still in walking distance to downtown. There are beautiful mountain views, a nice pool, friendly neighbors, and a reasonable price tag for the location. It is a safe neighborhood, I have incredible neighbors, and Brad and Anna in the office are always welcoming with a smile. Plus, it is pet friendly which is a huge plus. Walking distance to everything downtown Asheville has to offer, and yet just far away that you don't have to deal with the noise or worrying about walking to your car at night.
